Customer Contact Centre.
As a Financial Planning Advisor, you will provide advice and day to day transactional support to our customers across a range of financial products (where you are qualified to do so), at all times supporting our customers to enable them to achieve their financial goals. Our focus is to deliver an exceptional Customer experience by blending the most up to date technology with our highly skilled and trained people, through inbound and outbound phone calls.
Full training will be provided, and we will support your career progression as you complete your professional qualifications to enable you to progress your career within PTSB.

Responsibilities:
- As required, respond to queries regarding customers financial needs (where you are qualified to do so).
- As required, respond to queries regarding our customers everyday banking needs.
- Interact and build relationships with customers and other partners while operating within agreed service level agreements.
- Manage and execute on outbound call campaigns to our existing customer base, providing a first-class customer experience while delivering on specific contact and conversion objectives.
- The day-to-day management of your diary, reviewing your own performance data to deliver against specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by management.
- Assist with driving sales campaigns and prospect generation including the post sales fulfilment, administration and follow up tasks.
Requirements:
- APA in Regulations, Loans and/ or Investments or QFA
- A minimum of 2 years experience in financial services
- A passion for accuracy and attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- A passion for delivering the highest level of customer experience through adherence to regulations, compliance, policies and best practices.
- A deep understanding of compliance in a contact centre environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
This is a Permanent role, based inDundalk, Galway, Cork & Blackrock(Hybrid).
