Role Title: Financial Planning Advisor, Customer Financial Planning

This role is being offered on a permanent basis.

Summary of role:

  • Provide advice to customers covering all of their financial needs particularly in the areas of Protection, Investment, Savings and Pensions. Working as part of our Customer Financial Planning Team who engage with our customers in branch and remotely.

  • Working with regional and local management, support, enable and ensure the achievement of the Bank’s Customer Financial Planning business and financial goals.

  • Deal with the mass market customer segment to grow/retain assets under management and generate wealth income through the provision of excellent advice and customer service.

  • Support the development of key staff in assigned Business Centres/Branches in building skills and expertise in identifying and engaging customers with financial planning needs.

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues across multiple channels to ensure that the Customer Financial Planning business is appropriately positioned.

  • Fully QFA qualified

  • Ideally looking for experienced Financial Advisors

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

  • Customer Relationship Management: Seeks out opportunities to create additional value for the customer and AIB, consistently delivers extraordinary service
