Role Overview
Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a First-Line IT Support to join our dynamic, growing team based in BMW Little Island, Cork.

Role Responsibilities:
- Providing remote and on-site technical support to end-users across all dealership locations.
- Administering core Active Directory tasks, including user creation, password resets, and GPO updates.
- Deploying laptops/desktops, including reimaging, configuration, and software setup.
- Preparing and supporting IT hardware including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and desk phones.
- Assisting with Microsoft Azure services under the guidance of senior engineers and external vendors.
- Monitoring backup jobs and performing restore tasks when required.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining printers and MFDs across sites.
- Responding to helpdesk tickets and service desk calls, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Tracking and managing IT hardware inventory, with accurate documentation of deployments and ownership.
- Maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles for recurring issues and support procedures.
- Performing basic network troubleshooting and escalating more complex issues to MSPs or vendors.
- Supporting regular patching, updates, and maintenance tasks across supported devices.
- Ensuring workspaces are IT-ready, clean, and functionally maintained.
- Coordinating IT procurement by assisting with ordering hardware/software and liaising with suppliers.
- Undertaking miscellaneous IT duties as directed, including: Cleaning and organizing equipment, Relocating or setting up IT assets
- General IT housekeeping and maintenance
- Consistently delivering services in a courteous, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
- Adhering to all reasonable instructions issued by the Director of IT.
Role Requirements:
- IT related qualification or experience in the field.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise issues.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to take initiative to identify and drive improvements.
