Fleet Support Executive

Job Summary

The Fleet Support Executive supports the coordination of fleet vehicles from arrival on site through to customer handover.
The role ensures all vehicles are prepared to a high standard, processed accurately, and meet company and leasing partner requirements.

The ideal person will have/be:

• Positive attitude with a strong attention to detail
• Full, valid driving licence (aged 21+ for insurance purposes)
• Professional and presentable at all times
• Confident using Microsoft Office and similar systems
• Ability to complete digital checklists accurately
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple vehicles at different stages
• Proactive approach with good problem-solving skills
