Fleet Vehicle Progressor

Job Summary
Our Fleet Vehicle Progressor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the full preparation process of fleet vehicles from arrival on site through to being fully ready and available for customer handover. This role ensures vehicles are prepared to a high standard, accurately processed, and presented in line with company and leasing partner requirements.

The ideal person will have/be:

• An enthusiastic approach to maintaining high standards and a high attention to detail.
• Full, valid driving license. (Aged 21+ for insurance purposes.)
• Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams
• Professional presentation.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office and similar systems
• Ability to accurately complete digital checklists, inspection reports, and leasing company documentation
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vehicles at different preparation stages
• Good attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach

And if possible (but not essential) have:

• Previous experience in a fleet, automotive, logistics, vehicle preparation, or compound environment.
• Working knowledge of Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), vehicle charging (EV/Hybrid), fuelling, and basic vehicle checks.
