Hours: 37.5hrs per week

Location: Remote

​​​​​Job Description:
This role offers hands-on experience supporting a fast-paced animation production, working closely with the Line Producer and Showrunner to assist with schedules, creative workflows, team coordination, and the smooth delivery of storyboards and animatics from development through to broadcast.

Essential Criteria
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple tasks and priorities, showing strong organisational skills (from work, education, or voluntary settings
  • Strong communication skills, with experience of sharing information clearly with remote team members, external vendors and stakeholders (from work, education, or voluntary setting)
  • Experience assisting with planning and coordinating tasks to meet deadlines in a work, education, or voluntary setting
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workplace and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello or similar)
  • Proven interest in animation, evidenced through projects, placements, personal initiatives, or training
Desirable Criteria
  • Understanding of the animation production pipeline, with some experience in asset management.
  • Experience working in an office or production environment (including trainee, runner, or placement roles)
  • Experience supporting diary management, scheduling, or coordinating meetings or requests in a fast-paced environment
