We are looking for experienced Cleaner to join our team at BAM FM in Athlone. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading facilities management company to work in a corporate facility environment.This role will be part time 15-20 hjours per week.

• Perform general maintenance tasks.
• Respond to and action planned and reactive maintenance services.
• Upkeep of external areas.
• Support client events and meeting room configurations, including furniture and room equipment setup and removal of discarded materials.
• Cleaning services duties, assisting in the overall tidiness and maintenance of the building.
• Ensure the timely closure of all Helpdesk tasks on the handheld device system.

• Experience carrying out fabric maintenance.
• Basic qualifications in electrical, painting and decorating, plumbing, carpentry, or relevant experience desired.
• Strong focus on Health and Safety.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order.
• A can-do attitude and a self-starter approach.
• Customer-facing skills with good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent standard of English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships based on mutual trust.
