Food And Beverage Assistant

We are currently recruiting for Full-Time / Part-Time Food & Beverage Staff who is available for work all year round

Job Scope:

The Ideal candidate will have a professional and friendly approach and must be focused on providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail as well as good communication and time keeping skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• To serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
• To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar and restaurant.
• To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the food & beverage department.
• To develop a strong working relationship with colleagues in your department and related departments.
• To deal with any customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• To comply with the hotels cash handling procedures.
• To provide support where necessary in other areas of the hotel.

Requirements:

• Must be available all year round including weekends
• Must be focused on providing excellent customer service.
• Must have excellent communication and a good level of spoken English is required.
• Must be a team player with the ability to multitask.
• Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance.
• Previous experience in a similar role in a 4 Star Hotel is essential.
• Bar experience is desirable.
