Applications are invited for the position of Food and Drink Supervisor with responsibility for F&B and M&E based at the Radisson Blu Hotel Dublin Airport.

Successful candidates will assume responsibility for the delivery of all aspects of F&B/M&E operations in order to achieve budgeted objectives.

Duties: 

• Assist the Manager with the daily Hotel Operations
• Assist with developing, implementing the hotels F&B marketing plan to ensure optimum guest satisfaction, sales maximisation and profitability
• Maintains and further develops the standards of operation in line with Radisson Hotel Group
• Challenges employees within the department to achieve optimum food/beverage/ Rooms cost percentage and service levels and ensures that internal controls are tightly controlled
• Controls and analyses the department costs on an ongoing basis, takes action to control negative deviation.
• Plans and co-ordinates in house activities and package plans with the Operations Manager, Head Chef &, Director of Sales.
• Determine needs for training and implement training within own department
• Employee Development
• The Position will entail working duty manager shifts- works on a roster basis

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both written and oral
• Must have previous experience in a similar position
• Relevant business education and preferably international experience
• Result-oriented individual who gets things done
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative
• Outgoing, dynamic and sales-focused
• Business-oriented and a natural attitude toward providing excellent quality service
• Opera and Micros is a distinct advantage
