Food & Beverage Manager

About the Role

Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Westmeath. This role is strongly beverage focused and would suit a commercially aware hospitality professional with excellent bar, restaurant and beverage operations experience.

The successful candidate will lead the food and beverage team, drive service standards and support strong performance across bar, restaurant, events and hotel service areas.

Your Responsibilities

As Food & Beverage Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily food and beverage operations across bar, restaurant and event areas

• Leading, training and motivating the food and beverage team

• Driving beverage standards, sales, upselling and product knowledge

• Managing beverage stock, ordering, suppliers, margins and cost controls

• Supporting cocktail, wine, spirits and drinks menu development

• Maintaining excellent guest service and presentation standards

• Working closely with the kitchen, events and senior hotel management teams

• Ensuring health, safety, HACCP and hotel procedures are followed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, Bar Manager or Restaurant Manager

• Strong beverage knowledge across cocktails, wines, spirits and premium service

• Experience within a 4-star hotel or quality hospitality environment

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs, stock and sales

• Hands-on, standards-driven and guest-focused management style

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy hotel service periods

Salary & Benefits

• Salary guide of €45,000–€50,000
