Working Pattern:
- 35 Hours Per Week
- 5 Days Out of 7
- Shifts Between 3am and 11pm

The Role:
- Working as part of a team, you will provide an efficient and friendly service to customers, assisting with all aspects of food preparation and presentation to high‑quality standards.
- Support the delivery of professional table service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests receive an excellent customer experience.
- Assist with bar operations as required, including preparing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks, maintaining stock levels and ensuring compliance with licensing and hygiene standards.
- Engage confidently with customers at the counter, bar and tables, offering product knowledge and ensuring service is consistently friendly and efficient.
- Comply with all HACCP regulations and all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards.
- Check deliveries and food temperatures, complete records and operate the till as required.
- Work closely with your team to deliver a seamless customer experience
The Person:
- Previous food handling experience.
- Experience working in a bar environment, including serving drinks and maintaining bar cleanliness and stock levels.
- Experience delivering professional table service in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
- High levels of personal hygiene and appearance.
- Strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work, instructions and communicating with customer on a day-today basis.
