Food Production General Operative

About the Role

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Food Production General Operative to help ensure the smooth running of Corporate Canteen meal preparation operations within Compass Group Ireland. This is a part-time role, contracted to 15 hours per week, Tuesday to Thursday, during morning early afternoon hours. With potential to work extra hours as and when the business requires.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Safely reheat and prepare meals
• Ensure all meals are served at the correct temperature and within service times
• Follow strict food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety practices
• Keep preparation and service areas clean, tidy, and compliant with regulations
• Assist with unpacking deliveries, storing food correctly, and stock rotation
• Work to daily schedules and production targets set by your Supervisor/Manager
• Undertake other kitchen or service duties as required to support the team
