The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Food Service Assistant to join PRM Group at our Lisburn site, supporting the Cook Manager to run the canteen facility.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen
* Ensuring the planning, preparation and cooking of food is always to the highest standard.
* To ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire and hygiene
* Maintenance of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and serving area
* Ability to manage and complete required documentation to cover due diligence, ensuring HACCP records are up to date.
* Operation of till
* Other operational duties when required
What We're Looking For
* Previous Experience working in a similar role
* Flexible and adaptable approach
* Good communication skills - written and verbal
* The ability to demonstrate great team work skills
* Basic Food Hygiene
Hours of work
Monday - Friday 8.00/9.00am - 4.00pm (to be confirmed)
Flexible hours may be required on a Saturday as part of a rota.
