Food Service Manager

Opportunity for a Food Service Manager to join a new exciting Food Franchise coming to the Limerick Region

The ideal candidate will be expected to drive a market leading offering and deliver an excellent customer experience each and every day

Job Requirements include:

• 2 years plusmanagement experience in food service, hospitality, fast food or retail
• Experience in online ordering and delivery service
• Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in a fast paced environment
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to lead, manage and develop ateam.
• Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team around you
• Possess HACCP Qualifications
• Flexibility to working hours

Main Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Work closely as part of a group Senior team to deliver amazing service, each and every day.
• Actively live the company values i.e., Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and CommunityBased
• Be approachable and a role model who leads by example and encourages teamwork and a positive attitude in the workplace
• Lead and manage the activities of team members on a daily basis and ensure necessary tasks are completed to meet our high standards.
• Set the standard for other colleagues in relation to customer service, food preparation etc
• Assist in the induction, training and development of team members
• Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy
• Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working
• Manage online customer experience
