We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused Food Supervisors to join our fast‑paced brand new Quick Service Restaurant team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service and high‑quality food.

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), the Supervisor feeds customers with great tasting food and provide great service, so our customers keep coming back! The Team Member is a representation of the brand in everything they do.

What will I be doing as a Supervisor?

• Lead efficient and organized shifts to ensure smooth operations and coordination.
• Coach the team and uphold food safety, health & safety, service, and quality standards.
• Optimise shift performance through effective labour, stock, and delivery management.
• Handle customer concerns professionally to protect guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
• Enhance customer experience to drive customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Perform daily stock checks to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Create a positive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated.
• Assist the Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
• Support the Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
