As we launch our new fragrance destination at Arnott's Dublin, representing Montale, Mancera and Etat Libre d'Orange, we're looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence, authenticity and outstanding customer service. KNOW THE ROLE

As a Fragrance Consultant, you'll be the face of our brands at Arnotts Dublin, creating memorable experiences while introducing customers to the world of Montale, Mancera and Etat Libre d'Orange.

You will:

• Deliver personalised fragrance consultations and exceptional luxury customer experiences

• Bring each brand's story to life through engaging product knowledge and storytelling

• Inspire customers to discover fragrances that reflect their personality, style and emotions

• Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation

• Be a passionate ambassador for our brands, always representing them with professionalism, authenticity and enthusiasm

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in luxury retail, beauty, fragrance or premium customer service

• Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships

• Enjoys storytelling and can confidently bring brands and fragrances to life

• Is driven by Sales Excellence, with the ambition to consistently achieve commercial goals while delivering exceptional service

• Thrives in a collaborative retail environment and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and brand presentation

• Is curious, eager to learn and excited to grow within the world of niche fragrance
