Front Counter Staff

Use your ability to think on the go when working with food preparation.
As a Counter Staff Member you will be asked to process orders and collect payments from customers in the restaurant.
Key Duties & Areas of Responsibility will include:
- Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
- Keen knowledge of allergen information.
- Process customer orders and record them in the in-house ordering system.
- Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
- Accept cash/cards and return the correct change.
- Tally money/receipts in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift.
- Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes.
- Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.
- Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
- Waste Management.
- Help kitchen staff when needed.
- Assist with other restaurant duties if required.
- Maintain HACCP records and standards.
- Check, record, rotate and store daily delivers.
- Keep up to date with relevant training as required.
