Accounts Personnel

Due to current expansion, a position has become available for Full Time Accounts Personnel to join our finance team.

Enviro Grind Ltd is an Environmental Reprocessing company based in Pettigo, Co Donegal. At the forefront of our industry, we deal with a variety of organic waste streams turning them into valuable commodities.

This position requires an enthusiastic person with an accounts qualification, e.g. ATI, or proven experience in a similar position.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in use of Sage/TAS software.
• Strong accounts payable/purchase ledger posting experience.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel & Office applications.
• Excellent organisational & communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, attention to detail and numerical skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
• Ability to learn quickly and master new systems and processes to collaborate with other departments.

Main Responsibilities to include:

• Working within a team environment and liaising with the Financial Manager at all times.
• Input of Debtors and Creditors invoices to the accounting system.
• Dispatch of customer invoices and statements
• Dealing with customer/supplier queries
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments
• Assisting senior management with financial reporting/forecasting.

Rate: Dependent on ability/experience
