Griffins are looking to recruit a enthusiastic, talented and exceptional pastry Chef to join our dedicated team in our award winning restaurant. The ideal candidate must possess a true passion for baking traditional breads and delicious desserts. To join us, you will need to have a professional attitude, be passionate about baking and have 5 years of experience of working as a professional baker. Griffins is a fast moving day time restaurant so you will required to be also fast moving, Able to remain calm in a highly pressurized environment with excellent time management.
You will also need an awareness of food, health and safety principles. Your duties will include mixing, shaping, baking and finishing high quality breads, desserts and cakes for our restaurant and for our retail food store.
This position is for immediate start and own transport essential due to location.
