MACS Supporting Children & Young People is growing — and we’re looking for our first-ever Fundraising Lead to develop and deliver an ambitious fundraising strategy that will help us support more young people across Northern Ireland.- This is a unique opportunity to:
- Build fundraising activity from the ground up
- Lead creative campaigns across multiple income streams
- Develop relationships with donors, companies and communities
- Work alongside our Digital Communications Executive on engaging, on-brand content

Posts Available: Part Time (28 hours), Fixed Term for 2 years (with possibility of extension subject to funding)
Salary: £37,406 pro rata
Benefits: MACS Pension contribution of 4% of salary; up to 41 days annual leave (including bank holidays); enhanced paid leave for Sick, Maternity and Carers leave; paid training days per year; Flexible and remote working options available.
