There is currently a permanent, full-time vacancy available in the Information Services Department, Galway University Hospitals.
A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Grade VI Applications Administrator and Analyst from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
Post Specific Related Information
· Experience with electronic health records and/or clinical information systems.
· Experience in people management
· Experience of vendor management
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
· Demonstrate ability to manage projects and deliver results within deadlines.
· Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HSE guidelines).
· Experience in training end users; and/or system Superusers.
· Project implementation experience in large scale IT projects
· Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including presenting.
Experience of working collaboratively with stakeholders and partners to ensure that the impact of projects is maximised.
