Post Specific Related Information

• Demonstrate evidence of depth and breadth of recent inpatient rehabilitation experience in an Acute model 3 or 4 hospital, including the management of patients requiring hyper-acute rehabilitation post-surgery.
• Demonstrate evidence of formal CPD in rehabilitation physiotherapy.
• Desirable but not essential to have experience of working with plastics patients.
• Awareness of the Health Service reform programmes.
• Understanding of the National Clinical Care Programmes as relevant to surgery.
• Understanding of unscheduled and scheduled care pathways.
