Garage Manager

Munster Truck & Trailer Services is the onsite Garage of Dungarvan Transport Ltd.

The primary role of the Garage is to maintain, repair & service the company fleet of trucks and trailers. There are 220 vehicles in the fleet and there are a minimum of 7 vehicles for test every week. The garage also performs repairs and maintenance for a number of 3rd party Customers. We currently have a vacancy for a Garage Manager. This is a challenging role and will suit a person who has an ability to multi task and manage a busy workshop. The key requirements of the job will be; Day to day scheduling of work in garage Liaise with transport planning to manage the fleet repairs & maintenance

Manage a team of 12 employees

CVRT scheduling & planning

Job card monitoring and tracking. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and exceptionally organized. Previous experience in the Motor, Commercial Vehicle or Transport Industry is required.

A background in business management will also be an advantage.
