Job Description & Summary

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a GenAI Support – Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will provide hands-on support for GenAI enablement projects, including the rollout of AI tools, training, and adoption initiatives. You will monitor engagement, manage communications, and collaborate with global teams to drive AI adoption and best practices. 

Responsible for:

• Supporting the rollout and adoption of GenAI tools and technologies. 

• Developing and delivering training and enablement sessions. 

• Monitoring engagement and usage metrics for GenAI tools. 

• Managing stakeholder communications and feedback. 

• Collaborating with global teams to share best practices. 

• Tracking and reporting on enablement outcomes and impact. 

Experience & skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant field such as change & communications, learning & development, technology enablement or digital transformation

• Technical proficiency with GenAI tools and emerging technologies. 

• Strong analytical and research skills.

• Project management skills

• Experience in communication and stakeholder management. 

• Training and instructional design capabilities. 

• Project management and adaptability. 

• Ability to track, monitor, and report on tool engagement. 

• Innovative and forward-thinking. 

• Collaborative and team-oriented. 

• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
