To ensure delivery of Digital for Care and Regional ICT enabled change programmes.

This will include ensuring the services effect change to ensure the business benefits are delivered.

This includes:

· The coordinated management of complex ICT projects & programmes with a high degree of risk and complexity to achieve critical organisational objectives

· Regularly handling face to face resource, timing, quality and reporting conversations with senior management and peers in order to deliver on the accountability and reporting aspects of the role

· Supporting service managers in leading organisational change to drive benefits from digital investments

Managing and reporting on projects with strong interdependencies with other agencies and organisations.
