Job Summary:
The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services at M&A Coaches. This role involves leading a dedicated team, developing strategic plans, and implementing policies to enhance our operational capabilities and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the company’s transport operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet company goals and objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.

- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the transportation or logistics industry.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
