Key Responsibilities

  • Perform rust removal and wax application procedures efficiently and accurately on vehicles to meet quality standards.

  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for the waxing processes.

  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Full driving license

  • Experience working on vehicles required

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to lean manufacturing practices for process optimization.

  • Available to work shifts if required

  • Available to work in NVD Baldonnell if required

Additional Skills 

  • Basic experience in automotive crash repair/bodyshop techniques - surface preparation, masking, spraying, etc. is a plus

  • Familiarity with waxing techniques and tools used in automotive refurbishment is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school qualifications or college degree.

  • Certification in automotive services or related fields is a plus.

Skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of automotive surface maintenance.

  • Willingness to work in a team environment and contribute to process efficiency goals.
