We are now recruiting for the position of General Operative, based at our Balbriggan factory. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, growing team of experts in the field and build on your career.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a General Operative, reporting to the Assistant Production Manager, you will be working within a team of operatives.

Key responsibilities:

· Carrying out duties as instructed by the Team Leader/APM

· Assisting in the full cycle (start to finish) of the production of the precast concrete product

· Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations

· Practice safe systems of work at all times

· Maintain housekeeping levels to a high standard

· Attend training sesssions as required

· Work to high standard and in accordance with standard operating procedures

Required Experience:

Construction/Precast Concrete experience desirable.

Self-motivated, problem solver

Ability to work as part of a team
