General Operatives

Hydrotec Engineering, Clonmel, manufacturer of Dhollandia Tail Lifts are recruiting Full Time General Operatives for their site in Clonmel.

The role involves:

• Assembly duties using a variety of tools
• Assembly of steel fabricated components
• Installation of hydraulic power packs
• Working closely with management to ensure production runs to schedule
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, including health & safety and quality standards
• Training and development opportunities will be provided

Person specification:

• A motivated self-starter, eager to learn
• Highly committed to quality, safety and productivity
• Be a solution-focused team player, be able to suggest improvements and work at a steady pace, without compromising on accuracy
• Good time-keeping and attendance
• A “can do” attitude
• Experience of working in an electro/mechanical production environment using hand and power tools is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided
