Job Overview:

This full-time position is responsible for various tasks within the KDP Ireland operations team. The operator will provide support for all activities related to packing, warehousing, and compounding.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely receipt of materials in the company's SAP system is essential.
  • Locate and distribute materials to meet production demands efficiently.
  • Weigh powder materials as required.
  • Conduct periodic material cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Ship materials to customers as per requests and schedule.
  • Perform all tasks with a focus on safety.
  • Adhere to the directives provided by the supervisor.
  • Complete Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) checks consistently.
  • Ensure that documents are matched with deliveries accurately.
  • Undertake general warehousing administrative responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience in operating forklifts is also beneficial.
  • Proficient in utilizing SAP software.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
