The Role
A typical day for a Global Clinical Trial Monitor in Diagnostics is far from typical. The role is dynamic and quite versatile in its daily tasks. The primary function of a Global Clinical Trial Monitor is to monitor the effectiveness and safety of clinical trial assays conducted in UK, US, and China. They are responsible for formal clinical trial monitoring to ensure clinical trials are conducted, recorded and reported in adherence with the Protocol, SOPs and relevant Regulatory Guidance such as Good Clinical Practice.
This is an exciting role which would provide the opportunity to travel frequently to our global partner labs and US site according to business needs. It will provide excellent experience across a wide variety of teams within the business and will involve work across different phases and clinical trials.

Key Requirements
Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent, employment in the UK
To be successful in this position you will need to have a masters (or equivalent) in a medically related subject coupled with significant experience in a molecular biology laboratory. You will also need knowledge of principles of audit, clinical trial design, and laboratory documentation procedures.
