Role Profile

The Global Documentation Executive is responsible for preparing and managing export documentation for global shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, customs, and customer requirements while supporting efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, bills of lading, declarations)

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with international market requirements

• Manage documentation across multiple markets• Act as key contact for customer queries and provide shipment updates

• Support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain high levels of accuracy and right-first-time performance

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or similar

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desirable: Export documentation knowledge, FMCG/food industry experience, familiarity with SAP or ERP systems
