Kildare.

1. Kerry’s Global Corporate Affairs team is hiring our next superstar: Communications Consultant.

If you have a passion for communications, writing, and social change, this is a great next step in your career. This role is an amazing opportunity to support multiple business divisions withing the Group, with content creation and communications strategies, whilst meeting our ambitious goals as part of Kerry’s internal and external communications strategies. The role offers the right candidate an opportunity to work in a busy, fast-paced team, that serves to position Kerry as a leader in Taste and Nutrition, whilst protecting and building its brand reputation. You will take responsibility for writing articles, for building creative campaigns and for planning and implementing communications projects for a wide range of business divisions. The successful candidate will support key internal and external communication initiatives including Employer Brand, internal employee advocacy campaigns and social impact projects amongst more. The role requires a ‘hands on” internal/corporate communications professional with excellent writing and storytelling capabilities, and a strong propensity for practical, efficient swift execution

2. Kerry’s Global Corporate Affairs team is hiring our next superstar: Social Media Consultant.

If you are enthusiastic about digital communications, compelling content curation and writing, this is a great next step in your career. This role is an amazing opportunity to work cross collaboratively with several functions within Kerry, including marketing, communications and HR, whilst meeting our ambitious social media targets for brand, growth and engagement. This role offers the right candidate an opportunity to work in a busy, fast-paced team, to deliver impact as part of our external communications strategy. You will take responsibility for content creation, publishing and reporting, supporting key brand and social initiatives, as well as coordination of multiple content submissions from contributors right across the business, ensuring strong Kerry thought leadership and lead generation. The role includes community management across all channels to drive improved engagement with Kerry for all stakeholders. 

Desired Skills:

• Relationship builder and skilled collaborator able to work with many people at once and be open to new ideas and suggestions • Ability to prioritise, strategically plan and practically execute with speed and effectiveness. • Very comfortable with autonomy and proactive approach

Desirable Attributes:

• Minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant discipline • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Proven record of delivering on projects and achievement of results • Motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong leadership and communication skills • Strong ability to work well in a team and on your own • Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word • Willingness to travel or relocate across the global Kerry organisation is a key requirement
