This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a successful career in data analytics, business intelligence and reporting within a growing and dynamic organisation

We are looking for a motivated, analytical and detail-focused individual who is eager to learn and develop their technical expertise. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, Power BI development, reporting, data quality and business intelligence while working alongside experienced professionals.

This role is based in our Ennis HQ, with a hybrid working arrangement available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, cleanse, validate and analyse data from approved business sources
• Produce regular and ad hoc operational, workforce, financial and product reports
• Identify trends, risks, anomalies and opportunities through data analysis
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using agreed standards
• Support the development of data models, measures, visualisations and reporting solutions
• Test reports to ensure accuracy, performance and usability
• Assist with report publishing, refresh monitoring and user feedback processes
• Perform data validation and reconciliation checks to maintain data quality
• Investigate data issues and contribute to root cause analysis activities
• Support data governance, security, documentation and reporting standards
• Work with stakeholders across the business to understand reporting requirements
• Contribute to product analysis, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-release reporting
• Assist with process improvement and automation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Data, Business Intelligence, Product and Operations teams
• Maintain clear documentation of data sources, calculations, assumptions and reporting definitions

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, Economics or a related discipline
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated interest in data analytics, reporting, visualisation and business intelligence
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with structured datasets
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn new skills and technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, DAX, Power Query or data modelling (desirable)
• University project, internship, placement or portfolio demonstrating analytical capability (desirable)
• Understanding of databases, cloud data platforms, APIs or ETL processes (desirable)
