We are currently recruiting Trainee Accountants to join our Limerick team, with excellent opportunities for progression.
Successful candidates will gain experience across all departments and receive exceptional training and support. They will engage with clients from the early stages of their careers and benefit from an excellent study leave and remuneration package.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing financial statements.
- Participating in the performance of audits.
- Compiling management accounts, management reports, and bookkeeping records.
- Preparing Corporation Tax, VAT, RCT, and Income Tax returns.
- Preparing and processing payroll.
- Liaising with banks, legal firms, Revenue, and other professional advisers.
- Managing client company secretarial requirements.
- Working under the supervision of senior staff members and providing support.
- Preparing VAT returns.
- Preparing management accounts.
- Attending client premises.
- Communicating and liaising verbally and in writing with external clients, always aiming to deliver customer service excellence.
- Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard in terms of timeliness and technical competence.
- Participating in teamwork and activities that enhance standards for the business and clients.
Key Requirements
- Expected to achieve at least a 2.1 degree in Accountancy or a business-related discipline.
- Have obtained 420+ points at Leaving Certificate level (or equivalent).

- Be motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Possess strong communication and English language skills.
- Be enthusiastic about developing a career in accountancy and professional services.
- Continually strive to improve skills and knowledge.
