We are excited to offer a dynamic two year opportunity for two ambitious graduates across a range of scientific disciplines.

If you are a final year student or graduate in Regulatory Affairs/Toxicology with a positive attitude, an always curious mind-set, internationally mobile and have great people skills, we are interested in hearing from you.

Working as a member of the Global Regulatory team to ensure departmental objectives are met on time, the successful candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and broaden their knowledge in the below areas:

Cosmetic Regulation – understanding of business activities conducted in the field of regulatory affairs to ensure we meet our business objectives of delivering compliance across our broad product range, focussing on ingredients, formulation, product claims & labelling.
New Product Development – Have the opportunity to work in a regulatory role covering the full life cycle of a Cosmetic product from marketing brief, through formulation development to execution of registration and importation for market launch in over 60 markets.
Gain an understanding and practical experience in conducting ingredient safety risk assessments for Cosmetic products in line with strict EU safety standards and international regulations.
Working with a team of experts in a global Research & Development Cosmetic Laboratory.

Skillset Development Opportunities:
Development of strong organizational & administrative capability by working in a fast-paced environment.
Development of self-motivation skills, learning to prioritise workload and work in a stage gate project management process.
Working as part of a multi-cultural team the candidate will develop Team player capabilities and learn the ability to act on own initiative.
Work in an open environment driving role efficiencies and process improvements.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Strong attention to detail is required and will be further developed
