Graduate Staff Grade Speech and Language Therapist Roles
Full time, Permanent – 35 hours per week and Part-time roles
We currently have vacancies on our CRC Children’s Disability Network Teams, across all our Dublin locations and our Waterford Location.
CDNT Balbriggan; CDNT Clondalkin; CDNT Clontarf; CDNT Swords and CDNT Waterford.
The CRC Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNT) provide intervention to children from the age of 0-18 years, presenting with complex developmental needs requiring inter-disciplinary intervention. Our services are based upon a Family Centered Practice Model in line with the Progressing Disability Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of one of our dynamic teams.

Partner Agency - Student Sponsorship
The Student Sponsorship is to support Health & Social Care graduates from relevant courses in taking up a job in a Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT). The Sponsorship showcases and promotes the Children’s Disability Network Team as a good place to work and an attractive career opportunity.
The Student Sponsorship offers final year undergraduate and postgraduate students sponsorship (financial support) mapped to an actual job in Children’s Disability Network Teams.
The Sponsorship is for final year undergraduates and postgraduates in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland relevant courses who will be eligible to register with CORU in 2026
The successful candidate will have the following essential requirements:
- Possess a recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification and be registered or be eligible for registration as a Speech and Language Therapist by CORU
- Excellent communication, initiative and time management skills
- Flexibility and teamwork skills which are key to this role
- A full driving license and access to own car – Candidates that do not currently have this requirement are encouraged to apply. However, this may still be a criterion to reject candidates who do not currently have this in place. Should candidates progress without his criterion, there is a mandatory requirement to obtain a driving licence, which will be explained at the interview stage.
Desirable requirements:
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Experience working with children with physical disabilities
- Experience working with children with intellectual disabilities
- Experience completing Assessment of Need
- An undergraduate or post-graduate qualification in dysphagia and at least 6 months experience working in this area
It must be clearly demonstrated in your CV and supporting statement how you meet the required skills, competencies and knowledge for the post. Department of Health Salary Scale apply, Speech and Language Therapist (€45,063 - €64,424).
