Job Description

As a Talent Coordinator within Talent Acquisition team in Ireland you will play a key role in how we find, attract and hire the talent needed by Intel to support technology and product roadmaps.


Come join our fun and dynamic Intel Ireland Talent Acquisition team, where you will partner with a team of Recruitment experts to deliver excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this fixed term contract role you will play an integral part in attracting and bringing key talent to Intel.

Your activities will include but are not limited to:

  • Working with Ireland recruitment team to meet hiring targets whilst delivering excellent candidate experience

  • Supporting entire life-cycle of recruitment in accordance with global operating procedures including lead generation, sourcing, selection, interview scheduling, offer development, offer delivery and onboarding.

  • Evaluating candidate backgrounds to match core skills with key hiring requirements using appropriate selection techniques

  • Assisting recruitment team to organise internal and external events and represent Intel as a brand and employer of choice

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A College Degree - minimum BS Degree in Business/ Human Resources or a related discipline


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pro-actively seeks out solutions to problems, ambitious, self-motivated and always learning

  • Have effective, inclusive communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced ever-changing high-volume environment

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Have strong teamwork and stakeholder management experience
