A fixed term vacancy currently exists within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following posts and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-
Grant Finance Manager
14.8 hours per week
Scale PO2, SCP 31-34 Currently £41,771 - £45,091 (pro rata).
Fixed Term for 2 years
Location: The Braid, Ballymena.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
This role sits within our Finance pillar in the newly created Corporate & Support Services Directorate. Reporting to one of the Senior Accounting Managers within the team you will play a key role in managing financial aspects related to grants and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
You will be responsible for developing, establishing, managing, and maintaining the financial monitoring and audit systems for the delivery of National, EU and other investment funds and other relevant programmes for the Council. Your roll will be to ensure the timely production of financial and management information with regards to the administration budget and programme budget for any of the funds.
