Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday 0700 hrs – 1730 hrs, Alternative Fridays.
Reporting to: Quality Manager

Denroy, a leading manufacturer supplying aerospace, medical and industrial markets, is seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to support and maintain regulatory, quality and product compliance across the business.

Job Role: 

In this key role, you will help ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, UKCA/CE marking, REACH/UK REACH, and export control requirements. You’ll manage compliance processes, support audits, maintain policies, deliver training, and work closely with Quality, Engineering, Procurement and Operations to keep Denroy audit‑ready and aligned with global regulatory expectations. By Carrying out audits, provide feedback and collaborate with delivery teams to embed high standards and accountability. By using data, insight and influence your help Denroy Group continuously evolve and improve the way we work.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support compliance across ISO 9001, AS9100 & ISO 13485
  • Maintain product compliance documentation (UKCA/CE, DoCs, risk assessments)
  • Oversee REACH/UK REACH obligations and supplier chemical compliance
  • Assist with export controls, end‑use checks and sanctions screening
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits
  • Deliver compliance training and maintain policy frameworks
  • Investigate issues and support CAPA closeout.
Essential Criteria:
  • Experience in compliance or quality within a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and either AS9100 or ISO 13485
  • Understanding of product compliance (UKCA/CE) and chemical regulations (REACH)
  • Strong documentation, auditing and communication skills.
  • Be able to identify trends, issues and improvements.
  • High integrity and attention to detail
  • Ability to train and guide staff on compliance standards and improvements areas.
  • Great management and organisations skills.
  • Confident use of MS Office, Especially Excell and digital systems for audit and reporting.
  • Experience of digital inspection equipment such as CMMs and vision systems.
  • Experience of PC-DMIS software
  • Quality department experience
  • Injection Moulding experience
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience of working in aerospace.
  • Experience of a wide range of materials including polymers
  • Experience of REACH regulations
Expected education/experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a engineering/manufacturing environment
