Groups Co-ordinator

The Groups Co-ordinator is a key role within the Visitor Attraction at Titanic Belfast. The purpose of this role is to assist the Visitor Reception Manager with the management of the booking function for all tour operator group bookings at Titanic Belfast. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with Tour Operator clients is crucial, providing an effective and efficient service to meet their needs and setting the tone for excellent service from the first point of contact through to their arrival.
