A number of vacancies currently exists within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following post and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-
Guest Relations (2x Part Time Posts)
Hours of Work: 2 Vacancies – one for 15.7 hours and one for 11.8 hours
Salary: Scale 4 and in the range SCP 9 - 13, currently £27,254 - £29,064 pro rata
Location: The Gobbins
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Provide a customer focused reception service to visitors to the Gobbins Visitor Attraction and Community Centre commensurate with the standards expected of a world class visitor attraction.
Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service standards within the Gobbins Visitor Attraction and Community Centre and act as an exemplary ambassador for the Gobbins, Mid and East Antrim Borough Council and the Northern Ireland tourism industry.

The shortlisting panel will base shortlisting decisions on the information contained within the Essential Criteria narrative sections of the application form.
