Guest Service Agent (Receptionist)

Responsibilities Include the following:

- Welcome, check in, and check out guests in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails efficiently

- Report issues and complaints as they arise

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals

- Seek opportunities to upgrade or sell additional services to guests

- Answer enquiries and provide accurate information to guests and visitors

- Maintain security by following procedures

What We Are Looking For:

- Fluent English

- Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities

- Excellent Oral and Written Communication

- Excellent Grooming and Professional Attitude

- Previous Experience/Training in a similar role

- Knowledge of Opera property management system desirable

- Previous Experience in a similar role desirable
