We are seeking an exceptionally warm and creative individual to join our Adare Manor team as Head Bartender . Our colleagues possess an intuitive service style that reflects the ethos and luxury of Adare Manor. The person in this role will be a creative individual with an in depth knowledge of current industry trends with the ability to lead a small team top create and deliver beyond everything experiences.

As Head Bartender you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that the cocktails and beverages are served to the exceptional standards which are created
• Collaborating with the Resort Mixologist to create new cocktails and keep our cocktail offering current, fresh and ensure we are positioned as a market leader
• Be focused on guest service and be a key figure in The Tack Room for service
• Collaborate with all Food and Beverage departments and ensure training programs are developed and upheld
• Ensure cocktail menus are updated and correct
• Ensuring a highly effective operation where we create and deliver Beyond Everything experiences and maximise revenue and profitability in line with budget expectations
• Stock control and building key relationships with
• Ensuring standards are upheld in line with Forbes 5 star service

Successful candidates for this job will:

• Have experience within a similar role in the ultra-luxury restaurant or hotel market
• Have in depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits and service being able to create an approachable environment for our guests to try new cocktails
• Demonstrate a strong leadership presence and take a proactive hands on role in order to identify and support colleagues on all levels
• Be an inspirational leader who is passionate about creating highly energised teams to provide world class service
• Be fluent in spoken and written English
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment with high expectation guests
• Be commercially astute and have solid financial awareness
• Experience in a 5 star/luxury property is desirable.
