Head Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our culinary team and ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume, high-quality food service, with a passion for innovation, leadership, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring seamless daily performance.
• Maintain full HACCP compliance and uphold the highest hygiene and food safety standards.
• Deliver flawless food quality, taste, and presentation at all times.
• Design and select menus, creating spectacular and innovative dishes that reflect the brand’s vision.
• To assist with the monthly stock takes in the Kitchen
• Schedule, train, and develop kitchen staff to ensure consistent culinary excellence
• Manage kitchen maintenance, cleanliness, and organisation to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with management and suppliers to source premium, sustainable ingredients.
• Develop daily specials showcase creativity and drive sales.

• Is fluent in English and able to clearly communicate across departments.
• Understands and upholds health, safety, and hygiene regulations to the highest standards.
• Has seafood experience — a strong advantage in this role.
• Is flexible and available to work across a 7-day operation, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Salary will be determined according to experience.
