Head of Audit Quality and Innovation
Reference: HQI11/25
Salary Scale: £71,880 to £80,097 per annum
Location: Hybrid (regular attendance is required at NIAO Belfast headquarters and client sites)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
At the closing date for applications, you will be required to demonstrate:
1. At least three years’ post qualification experience in the last five years and current membership of one of the following bodies:
Technical competence
2. Robust working knowledge of financial reporting standards, auditing standards and methodologies with at least three years’ experience of practical application or providing advice and guidance of those standards and methodologies.
Project management and transformation
3. Experience of delivering complex projects which have contributed to organisational improvement.
Resource planning and budgeting
4. Experience of planning and managing the use of resources for multiple activities within budget constraints.
Leadership skills
5. Evidence of a proven ability to develop, motivate and lead teams.
Communication skills
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders.

- One of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants (CAI,ICAEW, ICAS etc.)
