Message from the CEO
“I am delighted to invite applications for the role of Head of Client Services at a truly pivotal moment for the Central Remedial Clinic.
This is a rare and career-defining opportunity to shape the future of disability services in Ireland — not only within CRC, but across the wider sector. With an ambitious transformation agenda underway, this role offers the successful candidate the platform to lead meaningful, system-wide change that will directly impact the lives of the children, adults and families we support every day.
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Client Services will influence how services are designed, delivered and continuously improved — ensuring that access, quality and person-centred care are realised in practice, not just in principle. This is a role for a leader who is energised by challenge, motivated by purpose, and committed to amplifying the voice and experience of those we serve.
We are seeking an experienced, authentic and values-driven leader who will bring courage, clarity and ambition — someone who can lead transformation at scale, inspire high-performing teams, and build strong partnerships that extend our impact.
For the right person, this is more than a leadership role — it is an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy: to shape services, influence national thinking, and deliver tangible improvements that enable people with disabilities to live fuller, more inclusive lives.
I warmly encourage those who share our values and ambition to consider this exceptional opportunity.”
