Head of Corporate Liaison, Grade VIII
Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this post is to lead and manage the Corporate Liaison team across CHI, ensuring it is fit for purpose, with an aligned and a standardised approach to managing access requests for patient and public records including requests under the Freedom of Information and Data Protection Acts within the required statutory and legislative requirements and timelines. A key aspect of the role initially is the establishment and implementation of the Request for Information Office including having sufficient team resources, system and governance is in place to manage a dynamic and expanding area. The role will also, in close collaboration, with the Head of Corporate Affairs manage legal queries, claims and other related matters.
Essential Criteria:
• Team management experience of 5 years’ operating in a complex and dynamic healthcare or relevant setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a legal or related discipline.
• Critical thinker with strong organisational and analytical skills and be able to demonstrate sound judgement and objectivity when approaching problem solving.

This update to our Onboarding process is aligned to changes in our monthly/fortnightly payroll and with the launch of our new corporate induction program. So that the Onboarding team can confirm your start date, you will need to ensure that your mandatory training is completed at least 7 days prior to your commencement date.
It is important for you to note that if you do not have your pre-employments and mandatory training completed in time, your commencement date will be deferred to the next available date.
