Contract/Hours: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: HLMT 3
Location: Head Office, Horizon House, 18 O’Neill Road, Newtownabbey
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Role
The Head of Finance is responsible for leading the day-to-day finance function of NI Hospice and it’s Trading Company, ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and full compliance with statutory, regulatory and governance requirements.
The post holder will support the CFO, Senior Leadership Team, and Trustees by providing high-quality financial information, insight, and assurance to enable effective decision-making, enhancing the delivery of value for money and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.
This role will also assume responsibility for ensuring the Finance Digital Futures project requirements are met, supporting the delivery of the project, monitoring its progress against targets and ensuring that work allocated to the team is completed as required.
