Our Strategy

This strategy sets out a clear direction to strengthen access, quality, and equity in disability services, underpinned by co-design, partnership, and continuous improvement.

We recognise that every person, regardless of individual ability, receives the right support at the right time. Our purpose is to deliver the services that make this real for people with complex disabilities. Our ambition is to change perceptions and experiences, so that disability is recognised as a difference that enriches society.

As we progress an ambitious programme of organisational transformation, this role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen the foundations that enable our services to thrive — through robust financial leadership, modernised systems, and strong corporate governance.

This is a critical appointment to our Senior Leadership Team, and we are seeking a leader who combines deep technical expertise in financial and corporate services with a strong alignment to our values. The successful candidate will bring strategic insight, integrity, and sound judgement, alongside the ability to build capability across teams and embed systems that support performance, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

Importantly, this role is about more than financial stewardship. It is about shaping how we plan, invest, and use our resources to deliver better outcomes for the people and families we support. It presents a significant opportunity to enhance organisational capability, strengthen decision-making through high-quality insight, and ensure our corporate services actively enable frontline delivery.

We are looking for a leader who is both ambitious and authentic—someone who is motivated by purpose, confident in leading through complexity, and committed to building a strong, resilient organisation for the future.”
